What is Wellbeing?

Wellbeing refers to a person's overall wellness and is attained when you achieve an  alignment with the person you want to become. Wellbeing is strongly linked to happiness and life satisfaction, and is determined by personal, social, economic, and environmental conditions.

Our Approach

We support the choices you make for your recovery. We understand that recovery is different for every person. We listen to you and treat you with dignity and respect. You are the expert of your own life. We help you in your journey to achieve your hopes, goals and aspirations.

Physical Wellbeing

Understanding and taking care of your body helps you achieve an optimal quality of life.  Physical wellbeing improves your mood,  reduces stress and increases your self-esteem.

Social Wellbeing

Social wellbeing builds a supportive safety net for you, as meaningful social connections lower the risk of anxiety and depression. Nurturing your social skills boosts your self-esteem.

Emotional Wellbeing

Emotional wellbeing  helps you to adapt to life’s changes, to cope with stress and to manage our emotions in a constructive way. A healthy emotional wellbeing will make you feel good with your own self.

Cultural Wellbeing

Cultural wellbeing promotes better mental health, as you recognize and accept your own core identity and beliefs. In turn it is a gateway to understanding and interacting with others.
